St John's School Roma student part of winning Qld equestrian team

Teah Mayne a part of the winning Qld Primary School equestrian team

Over the September school holidays Interschool Qld & Equestrian Qld hosted the 2017 Marcus Oldham Australian Interschool Championships in Toowoomba. Queensland were victorious in winning the overall trophy, and Teah Mayne, a dedicated rider from St John’s School, Roma was an important part of this success.

Her hard work and dedication to her sport, combined with the support of her family and coach, helped her to realise her goal of being awarded the title of National Champion in the Primary Novice Dressage Class.

Her talented partner Roosca, has performed beautifully throughout the year and has helped Teah to be a high achieving member of the State Team…an extra carrot for her!

We would like to congratulate Teah on her amazing achievements and wish her well in her 2018 competition year!
