The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Administration Support Team. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team of professional administration officers.
If you are people oriented, have advanced level skills in the Microsoft O365 suite, in particular, Excel, SharePoint and Teams, can prioritise the work of yourself and others, and have successfully supported a senior executive – we would like to hear from you.
The ability to self-manage, work to deadlines and be agile, innovative and forward thinking is also a requirement of this role.
High level written and oral communications skills, and experience in financial processing and accounts that enable you to quickly build and maintain relationships with a range of people in schools and across the Toowoomba Catholic School Office will ensure success.
Selection criteria
- demonstrated advanced level skills in the use of the Microsoft O365 suite, specifically Excel, Word, SharePoint and Teams
- demonstrated skills in financial processing and accounts
- demonstrated attention to detail in the checking of others work and in independent work tasks
- demonstrated ability to build relationships and work with and across multiple teams
- empathy with the values and ethos of the Catholic faith
